As far as design careers go I can honestly credit whatever success I have had to the early and ongoing influence of my friend Joe Duffy. The artistic sensibility that he brings to all of his work has helped me to be more demanding in my own pursuits. It has also helped me to give better direction to clients and designers that I have worked with and year after year the work of Duffy & Partners continues to inspire me.

As my work evolved into what everyone now calls innovation I must also bow to the remarkable talents of the folks at Fahrenheit 212. Geoff Vuleta, Pete Maulik, John McCabe, Mark Payne, Harry Smail, John Crawford Phillips, Marcus Oliver, Simon Duffy, Camilla Kristiansen and Pete White. While it is odd to acknowledge so many people, this group created some of the most intelligent and comprehensive work that I have ever been associated with. They drank like a rugby team and I love each and every one of them.
